用蛋黄搅拌均匀，一边搅拌一边加入沙拉油，直到粘稠成酱为止

(可以用筷子挑起，是个力气活，建议男士优先）。另鸡蛋煮

Potatoes: boiled and cut into cubes
Eggs: Boiled and cut into cubes
Dressing: Mayonnaise; Mustard; Sweet Relish; Salt; Pepper--mixed together to taste
1 \; A- g2 Z" P( a  k2 w. C8 m" ?Mix Potato, egg cubes with the above dressing, put into fridge to chill. If you like it spicy, sprinkle some cayenne pepper powder on top. Serve any time you want.
