记得向你房屋保险公司要mortgage free discount, 大概能省10%。

记得要向银行要mortgage discharge letter 然后要自己去registry office去改title 把银行的title去掉。

Bank will be on your title if you wish to have the privilege of HELOC. It is a trade-off.
