In whatever galaxy,                                               September 29th 2006,
& ^% N% g0 |; m' ?0 ^5 b) k& LI believe there must be creatures like ourselves

Poets
2 x: H  H1 A  T5 qBuilders of canoes,
: `2 d5 Y: |5 W5 G/ K2 W7 ~; UBlack smiths
% v4 I6 i1 z! U4 ZMurderers,
' _; L9 w& y% ~7 NRisk takers,
My mind is full of curiosity and wonder
7 @5 |6 h+ B- uAs I think of what could be.
The world is so big to me
# I. B# B$ x4 |# BI wonder what it means to be
I looked up at the star and smiled
They flashed as they have heard all I have read.

Here am I,

* k0 x7 D0 w1 K. }0 k' c( ~Legs in a bonfire,
$ |4 ~4 M+ N3 ?Head in the sky
9 ^" ^7 W  r! T0 w0 B- G. `" I# A7 ALonely, with the feel of betray
Heart empty and hollow
7 N* Q: m* f$ K8 p0 o- w* TAlone I stand
7 J! T1 B/ T$ Q$ r9 KI am useless to all
/ N/ o9 u& i, N4 uBut I wish I were a dove
1 w1 a5 n! f0 B' f+ q" q$ ?Giving myself to the world, to the fire
I feel like burning myself in to dust and fly with the wind
9 b6 r7 t9 p0 q( T) ~7 jI sent prayers to my god
Though he does not answer
