Duplex靠近whyte ave ，shoppers 往前走一点，有九路车到大学区，走到 whyte Ave 可以坐 4,7,94 直通大学，有车库。每间1375 feet, 65万，这个月刚刚建好。

Seen the property yesterday. Amazing property, inside and out, excellent! I got to work harder and smarter to be in such a nice home. My existing home is good, but that home is better.

谢谢啊，真的说的很有道理，所以这个房子也算是便宜了，因为在大学差不多就是这个价格。

A personal decision, if that is good for you, that is good. Honestly, you need to have a decent income to qualify for buying that property if you need financing from the bank, at least $150,000 household income to live comfortably in that house, if down payment is 5%, like many Canadians.
