每一个表格都有几列，每列可以填写一个T5表，不需要添加表格。

TAX CUT 只要选SCHEDULE 1-A 就可以了。

Click"FORM" at the top bar, then select "schedule 5" on the left top section, click down arrow after that to add it into the left bottom section, then click "ok", done. you can add schedule 1-A with the same way.

thank a lot. but my problem is i can only add one schedule 5 form. i need two schedule 5 forms in order to put parents on caregiver amount. how can i add second schedule 5 form?

just scroll down in the same form, you will find another "caregiver" to add your second dependent, line 305 and line 306 are repeated autonatically in the same form.
