I; c+ s7 w: dWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
: c! e1 v7 ?! C5 D" X6 TWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
6 u3 p- H4 q- BAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines3 ?7 Y$ `0 t8 A" L5 F8 L$ U
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;! E0 S! g  e& H) s
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
9 P) I+ U6 P$ \0 Y9 ~$ E, sEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;, v4 B* N3 d2 L$ H! |
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.( ^; u: C# p, F" I, y( V! Q
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
7 L0 v' X! e9 `5 ^0 b$ F3 BAttention to detail and accuracy;. y+ k* C& b& B* L
Strong organizational and computer skills;3 d& w: a4 Z7 V! _* J9 P, r+ H
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
; x) y# f+ P2 i: v3 X7 x- Q' hComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;( t7 t% n; l0 Q* Q0 g
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;

Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
