Position Summary

We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities
% f% M& r3 ~9 O: o8 ~8 u5 `: o! s. F' m3 ?# d% j$ N

, w2 ~/ Y: |1 r' \Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments1 E& Z/ ~* N; h! \' j+ ^) F; B% W
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies6 |5 b7 H6 G6 O
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines. I- A% K' M" F7 e
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;4 U$ ]5 |% ]$ Z) F2 W/ J* n
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
/ z/ i, J# W* h, v  A( [Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
8 J# D( l4 n1 x0 J; XConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.  L( I+ Z/ m6 p( W3 s) j
Conduct all work within established time standards;
1 Z& u/ n8 S7 M5 Q& l1 A0 fEssential Knowledge and Skills
5 F8 i; L5 y# {7 a4 t% F2 K, T- \! a/ Z* O7 q

" i8 g; s& T5 V" qExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
5 I% d9 c- V* U; P7 j  O/ \+ d4 _Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
5 I: J, u' l( L3 iTime management skills are critical;" N3 o# G) O1 ^/ M. N3 O5 {: B
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;/ a: h# C7 R( E
Attention to detail and accuracy;1 C' ~1 C2 V$ ~( T5 g! D+ @
Strong organizational and computer skills;
+ [- S9 B, q$ F& D$ S) OExcellent verbal and written communication skills;1 n$ D3 L, s8 H7 Q, D& q
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
; |- U' B% s& t  v6 q& t+ RAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;, h$ I! W/ V+ j% }4 ]
Ability to work with minimal supervision;- o+ E  m- T7 B" L
Self-directed and highly motivated; and
1 ?2 I+ }) n! B7 y( U5 b  \Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

4 D; H8 b8 V, ~, x* x3 \Hourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
