The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments, i8 d9 E1 H9 Q( w" x
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
# C7 l# e7 f+ `Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
: x0 r# B3 h/ qManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
l2 _6 d' U% }: vOversee file management for all LMIA matters;! P$ Z# J: Q2 j$ i0 u) T1 t; |% d$ H
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;. o6 ^& `4 \1 f% h+ ^( Z
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.1 m3 l, F" f8 l- x' ?" \* ~
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
