Position Summary

- e5 v) v$ L% V& y' h/ @5 f3 v$ ~; TWe have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

/ s; A7 H/ }0 W' P# cCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
7 S7 y2 e$ `4 K+ Y4 W; v, ^Write and post advertising for various job vacancies$ z1 J& F) L8 k8 Q
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
8 K- G5 I4 `6 N! N" s1 w' ^  F" eManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;% h" t5 p8 e' l$ T5 `8 \
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
) W! l: p7 r6 @Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
/ p( k9 {% `& W7 B2 tConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.5 o: T. y2 E3 Q9 d
Conduct all work within established time standards;
, l' Y: F7 b4 AEssential Knowledge and Skills

Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;" [/ G$ C% x, T. r$ K

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;* }0 s% Q# W; ?* `2 ^- q. A
Attention to detail and accuracy;
& B( q5 r) r+ X- bStrong organizational and computer skills;
( @. V2 [( ^( t$ [1 GExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
! [* G) V: i8 YComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;, H' E4 o+ Q* E: p
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;

Self-directed and highly motivated; and9 H( r+ V  k, [) e: j

) L. N; s8 y9 d% C7 n* cHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
