# Price Changes: 378 (349, 330, 371)
+ [3 Q: i3 o) L! T2 w# Expired/Off Market Listings: 311 (284, 135, 214). f& S5 R) z5 N9 i2 f
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147)
! l# k! S' i7 IActive single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)/ W2 W# f6 d  e; t
Active condo listings: 2002 (1893, 1909, 1839)7 v1 l* Y7 w/ \5 t/ X

Well that’s a healthy dose of new listings! I’m sure a lot of them are listings that expired last week coming back on the market.1 U( q$ x& c; ]$ o
