We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments6 A- Q6 f! W0 `# {2 T' b
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies* A" R1 @( Z: v) w* K! f
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines# u: r5 J8 p! s! k6 d/ K/ C6 ]' u
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
% B$ ^, d! m3 a3 d& U, ]) {& COversee file management for all LMIA matters;& t) Y, c% ]' E0 \$ y1 u
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;, m0 W1 a" R( ~; n) W
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.% m& i8 `9 t3 F" g( H9 W* S
Conduct all work within established time standards;& h2 f) x3 t, H3 d
