The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients. J- q' @4 @! ~; ^" s% J- o

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments* v3 Q. \8 k# t9 S" w1 L
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies E, p3 z: D8 }5 e4 [& ^% X) }4 D
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines* O7 `% X) q5 s B
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
$ F: K( ~1 _) t; @Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;+ {+ u/ g+ W# N
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;. T4 v; @" Z8 q1 Z9 I' m: H! G% S! J' S
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Strong organizational and computer skills;

Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
