We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

4 `+ U4 B1 t Y5 e: L OCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
$ e- \% ]4 y- p# EWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
+ o! v, r1 H. @# l" a! IAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
' w3 E- W; ]& R' r& t+ b. UManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;0 p1 K: L# g0 l4 y9 d" ~0 i
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
( E! {' g) w- fEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
$ @ I% `9 i9 w& w0 G4 [2 pConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.4 {, t& c0 D. i2 |, [
