The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.1 i3 ]* r# k7 y7 W( z8 B

Primary Responsibilities

1 O. w' [" [9 S! kCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
8 {- ~( R* Z5 F) o' yWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
3 o# `3 }- _3 ]* |- v9 UAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines3 j; B( s$ O7 [+ I5 {9 y# A% V( ]
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
7 T" U1 X) C. }4 ]; C8 VOversee file management for all LMIA matters;( |/ R9 k" K3 l; U! d' f
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
* H& \7 h2 B) T3 P+ HConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
% P: F/ M7 p2 D4 y7 AConduct all work within established time standards;

Attention to detail and accuracy;

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
