得先申请Labour market impact assessment. 拿VISITOR VISA的话, 没有那么容易的.

proof that an employer has submitted the Offer of Employment form, and
8 B! v( F" N* `/ U8 Xpaid the employer compliance fee to Citizenship and Immigration Canada when you apply for your work permit.
