不一定能马上查到信息，得看现在申请的人多不多，看他们的动作有多慢，我儿子的申请大概在4或5月寄出，一直查不到信息，打电话去问，告知不到时候，到处理到他的档案的时候，网上才有信息，这个过程大概6个月，到11月中，才查到有信息了。但我们换的时候，3--4个月按到新卡了。

会给File Number

有file number之后，去https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas 输入file number 或者UCI，即可查询。

或者飞美国。然后从陆路回加拿大

这个说不好。

CIC给的总处理时间是

As of March 15, 2016, you can only return to Canada by private vehicle if you do not have a PR card.

By bus or train

You must apply for a Travel Document (Permanent Resident Abroad). Otherwise you may not be able to travel to Canada.
