Hello everyone,
2 ?' c# _! i% Z! a( }5 PWe are in the process of organizing events for New Year’s Eve at Haddow Park and we are looking for volunteers for the following events:

2 c  N1 f3 s* N4 z6 u. ]NYE day 11:00 am we meet at the  park for set up and require approx. 10 volunteers for about 4 hours to:
( B( a2 a( n  I. L2 D-          Set up tents, lighting, tables etc. in the area
1 p( ~( w9 S( O1 H* D* w9 j+ j
! L8 W7 K, s* V& j" J, z-          Put up yellow tape around the area for fireworks

' Q* }) K9 C/ R( R9 D- i
5 |5 z/ f+ e5 `2 \+ l6 wReturn at 5:00 p.m. to:
-          Hand out cups of hot chocolate

-          Hand out cookies

Bannoch making – we have someone who will be in charge but we need approximately 4 volunteers for the evening
! a6 ], I4 B3 s9 Q4 D- K" _9 _Snow shoes – we need 4 volunteers to work with the kids

Selling memberships – 1 person for the evening

2 [) M: G; {0 P  l; e: M6 R- uHot chocolate is made at 2 homes close to the park but we need  4-5 volunteers to go back and forth to pick up the hot chocolate when  needed.
% S, S6 r" O( E( i" ?. gWe also could use 2 sleighs to help in bringing back the hot chocolate as the containers are fairly large.

Horse and sleigh rides – 2 people for each sleigh, so 4 in total to help organize lines and get people onto the sleighs.

We stop serving hot chocolate and cookies when we run out of course but at least by 7:45 to start cleaning up for the fireworks which start at 8:00 p.m.
If you would like to help cleanup and tear down after the fireworks, a few people are needed.

Next day, New Year’s Day – at about 11:am to clean up any debris and take down the tape: 4 -5 volunteers.
