As a LPN, you will assist your assigned physician with direct and indirect patient care, like taking vitals; health assessment; triaging referrals; and LPN duties as required. $ u: _1 k0 l- G/ c7 J1 v7 i9 X

• Current CLPNA registration, CPR and BCLS - ^5 O4 j3 i8 y% @; S/ N: v) j9 M
• Primary Care delivery to all age groups

• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities ; q) Z& ?) m/ Z7 L2 Z
• Proficient computer skills 5 P8 T; i+ t: B
• Immunization specialized certification is preferred.
