当你搬家的时候，当你需要客服的时侯，当你询问为何多扣费的时侯。

有问题需要他们帮忙解决，也只有他们能帮，也就是一个电话确认的事，他们都说做不了，气死了！

  p( D/ a  D8 B- u3 X0 o) S* ^Go to "Alberta Utilities Consumer Advocate"(310-4822)  to file complaints for all the billing, contracts and other issues.  Action will be taken if there is multiple similar issues.
