POSITION: Junior Accountant) z0 H+ r; J; [7 e) P

5 S5 s) L: r6 ]0 K/ \/ @# s• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
, n0 N( Z! `' [4 E2 o& I• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.2 _# N* y$ E) g' }) G
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible; |+ U9 R$ X" }5 P! U0 t5 B, i; \8 d
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.9 G9 @2 |% s+ \$ a
- F" p/ f$ O1 k w7 e8 }$ OREQUIREMENTS:
1 T3 Y) |# `& I$ s( s* R& F1 Q" R1 }4 R
• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
/ U" w. ~: b3 O" ]• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study/ w8 V4 F& B% r' m% ?! b
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills/ {- x% Y) p6 a
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
# z- \" _, o$ @+ B" O3 D& s• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
