• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.# T) P6 {6 D4 \# ^
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
4 o( _/ S# S) @# ]) f% a* R• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
0 d- Z! X% W6 ~, x5 N; q• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
( s+ ^* Y/ Z2 B- q/ ~! n• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills7 ~/ I. z7 Q8 ~. Y4 A& U$ h
• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
2 x2 z5 ]( I) q. L D• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)" {3 s& r5 P2 ?( ^8 b+ C$ S
