Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.9 q( z6 i( P+ v" D! }

· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
* V8 K6 ~! @4 I: R· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.4 p; w+ d7 U5 P( v) w4 `/ o! i
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.) r8 \3 k+ f! Q7 j. \- R* R' [
· Manages report database.

Knowledge and Skills:
! K* T$ h& \5 |! p2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.3 ^8 o5 Q' ~4 _8 c

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
