Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.& {8 N. H, g/ d! Q0 \

· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.5 C8 ?9 [8 s: b- u
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.8 s+ B, [, X( a6 {$ E- M
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.

· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

B- `2 r: b5 |5 {" h8 E2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.4 \: N8 T( R+ g; N9 d% A
, p! a( a2 c# {( p, RCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.1 L4 p" U8 _& x. ~" N- M

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
