Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
8 g6 J9 Y% n0 O· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.6 Z3 }& R1 x+ l) S6 f% U3 W# e% _/ P/ W
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.' @9 P& ]- g+ q4 Y
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
. k) o- R( {8 v" G( d6 n· Manages report database.
& R8 | [, H* q) X% Z, x) S+ C· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.1 R% K* F5 y2 d4 p' {
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

Knowledge and Skills:
7 G. d `' b" U" ]3 O% Z5 O2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

( k+ a0 ~& o6 W' G6 ?5 \Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.8 H% D+ {8 T2 ~7 l+ y- L, w9 O
% e3 F4 z2 f8 M: q, v4 O# @Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
