六月价格持平,销量渐缓7 m- R8 m8 I+ Z( R
! n( d# z! U/ v2 }- ~* u( F, ~埃德蒙顿7月5日报道:6月份大爱城区住宅房销售量与上月持平,但比去年同期下降了11.1%。6月份共有1117套独立屋售出,比去年下降了10.1%,与上一个月的1119套几乎持平;公寓有465套售出,比上一个月上升了11.5%,比去年下降了18.7%。双拼/联排有173套出售,比去年上升了9.8%,比上一个月下降了14.8%。: u _7 M8 f' u# W: x
