Requirements:
+ G. l. U; `8 ^" t( @" b Experience with developing and customizing Content Management Systems
- Z5 a7 N" x5 k9 E Experience working in an enterprise IT environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.1 j. P0 X1 z7 I/ a, l. v8 d" E
Experience defining web application requirements with clients and developing and maintaining the web application based on those requirements.
/ N7 c h1 [+ K( s& v$ T3 j Experience writing and maintain technical documentation.
& F, ~- I5 M- n6 S2 Y, W Experience in performing unit testing / system testing activities.9 \7 r5 P" l6 N5 m
Experience in designing the appearance and layout of websites or web applications.
$ n' L7 |/ I _# u Experience developing applications using Microsoft .NET framework 3.5 or higher, Microsoft C# 3.5 or higher and .Net MVC.
$ }! ~1 W* s: l2 Q; {. [ Experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or higher. Experience with stored procedures and triggers.
3 {7 w) y( Y0 C" o1 r& b Experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0 or higher. ' C' E0 d) t+ i' h# @8 t9 B3 Y
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server or equivalency (GitHub, SourceForge, Subversion, etc.)
$ E; | G2 q: ^+ \. Y1 M, X Experience and technical knowledge:CSS, Javascript, Jquery, HTML5 and HTTP RESTful Services. 3 h; r2 x4 z$ e. U& q
Experience and technical knowledge of responsive design.# L3 a/ `$ |/ m+ M! E; n& H
Experience and technical knowledge of JSON.

Rate: $65 - 75/hour (depends on your experience) + S0 @/ H2 ?1 ^1 q
