Key Responsibilities:
1 ?$ ^$ Z& K2 C9 d4 f• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

3 m6 U9 G# E b; c1 n% x• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.5 n+ p: ?, X9 V4 I& G
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
& I' H q9 x: c! Q1 P: l• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
* G. \, Y D# J( }+ |9 L" V2 v• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
' W% r6 i) I' u* z- ?* {+ b3 B• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
r: E# n7 r" @* s/ Z" T• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.! p4 E6 z; ^4 ?+ M3 `% F
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.4 o6 K/ T( }+ x/ G
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:6 ^# U6 u' K w7 k5 |% A
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
@; r. h; |1 c8 d• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
( q+ E( V( [' m/ ]9 f1 N6 h( s• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required; Z5 K6 `0 `; e# x

• Must possess a sensational customer service philosophy
