• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
6 p8 b: O- B0 u0 T/ G: T0 z• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete. u- E& r# Z. C$ m0 G* i' A: x9 K
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
/ F, N) c3 w! b% W# U; ]0 G• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database./ F+ R+ j# j4 B& M$ ]* z9 ~
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.0 t& U# F' p( e6 E8 G% Q* u
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).

• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.( T4 V5 p+ z! X$ P+ }, c
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.0 X/ F" b: s$ i; T: P

Required Skills & Abilities:
3 A# o4 ?; ^( f7 s: |! l• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
) _6 I8 W* {' q( K% j• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
2 a9 b' ]6 }( K% a( s• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)* H" I# q; f* K" u; L
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
8 M: z a+ k$ N9 n• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal: X3 D3 C$ g8 w: m" r" p
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
