• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.

• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
) F [1 F6 a& F8 k# i, [• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.5 `8 m! V, Z4 p3 @$ U$ i \
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.9 y* X& J) F! N3 G$ y/ `& y" X
• Perform route inspections as required.

• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures." f; F0 f) ? F( o: t |
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset' Z9 D, A0 x9 W7 D
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
2 s/ X3 `$ p6 C! e1 @! y• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)1 w0 C* {( a' V7 [# Z. D. Y# n
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
9 Y- J7 i7 @' s% b2 t• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal4 k! x. c+ l" ]1 `+ l. p; H
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
