Job Description:

3 p+ w  Z7 l% k, I' c8 |$ {5 sModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
0 s7 N1 l  y0 e1 z: LArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
% O, l) S7 c: V/ M; e  LRecruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
, K, t0 \, H% [! u. T1 GPerform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Keep time and payroll records
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Proven working experience as a head chef
Excellent record of kitchen management

Capable of delegating multiple tasks

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
