原来加拿大雇主无故开除员工(dismissal)是合法的

我见过有人因为系鞋带被开除,眼镜断了看不清被开除$ d* U: l, {9 A4 c
我问了 labor law他们说 雇主无故开除employees是合法的

呵呵,这个问题还用问吗?既然是雇佣关系,那么解雇有没有原因根本不重要。。

如果是因为歧视,是可以打官司的。但是很难证明。其他的想怎么解雇就怎么解雇。5 d7 m) w8 H# S+ U& w/ j

其实原因什么的没必要问,理由多得是,比如公司经济不好需要裁员。
& [7 a# I4 J3 ~) f, K0 ^4 S1 x唯一的区别是,公司正常lay off会给补偿金,失业者可以拿EI等;而fire就什么都没有

非也非也。。Dismissal也要看情况,通常只有Quit才99%没有EI(即使是Quit,有时候是因为雇主造成的,也有EI)

我公司雷人也没补偿金
