埃德蒙顿11月2日报道：10月份埃德蒙对房市依旧保持稳定。住宅房的销售量与上月相比几乎持平，但比去年上升了5.5%。独立屋销售量比去年同期增加了7.1%，公寓比去年下降了3.9%，双拼/联排比去年上升了17.4%。
