1 K7 o0 n! S* l6 x8 jWe are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following: / h2 |7 {0 _% N% K3 Y2 g, J9 ~ D# i
• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.) ! R( O8 ?! D/ {4 g! l
• Prepare CaseWare working paper files, 5 X& l! L1 h, I3 B z* A
• Prepare financial statements / y+ D$ Y+ n, _. Z1 E8 }
• Prepare corporate tax returns
% r) j- F; ?8 g2 u& F+ R• File GST returns ' d9 I) U' n! ^0 g/ \& g
• Process payroll3 ]) `) \. @" z( e Q! A5 h8 J
• File T4/T5 returns @$ `( l% W1 u& I# K. a
• Prepare personal tax returns + s0 L$ I i% r1 i1 _& ?
• Communication with our clients and government agencies

; E W J, E1 b. [. M) X1 zThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel.

^" B- x& v/ p6 O- C6 _. P2 |: xConsideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
