We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
8 o6 h/ I2 f7 c/ R, k5 f• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.) - E6 t3 F8 o" X7 I0 O# D
• Prepare CaseWare working paper files, * Q9 c1 n2 j1 h. I0 w
• Prepare financial statements ) `6 W/ s5 N E; R' u0 j) M, y
• Prepare corporate tax returns . {7 S! |4 v" o3 j; P
• File GST returns ( z1 M! b: w- i5 |
• Process payroll
+ }+ _+ P: ^) F w- z9 U% \• File T4/T5 returns

• Communication with our clients and government agencies

The position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. * v' |7 V: [' [, N: N; X5 k
* G) v) \* Y- mConsideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required.
