十一月独立屋销售均价上涨3.95%

% b |4 a" u, c8 o; D+ }0 I4 L# q埃德蒙顿12月2日报道:相比2016年十月,11月份独立屋平均成交价上升了3.95%,双拼/联排上涨了6.39%,公寓则温和下降了1.68%。相比去年同期,今年11月份独立屋销售均价上升了1.76%,公寓销售额下降了11.41%。

' h% G* {8 g, @8 G: F “埃德蒙顿房产市场依然保持稳定,本月大多数房屋类型的销售均价有所上升,其中一部分原因是有几个高价房子卖出了。” 埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说。“所有住宅的平均售价仅比去年下降了1%,但独立屋的均价下降了2%,而公寓降幅超过8%。”
