被控告的养母现身法院

爱城－－３２岁的爱城女人，在法庭短暂献身。她被控告对养子的死负有责任！不过，这个诉讼被推迟到３月５日了。

Davidson还说，他正在为他的当事人寻求保释。

这个养母照顾的一个３岁的养子死于脑外伤，上周她被控诉为２级谋杀罪。

这个女人还有另一个收养的孩子，两个亲生的孩子。

EDMONTON -- A 32-year-old Edmonton woman charged in the death of a foster boy has made a brief court appearance, but the case was put over to March 5.

: e/ q$ t6 {6 ~8 W) [+ M/ wThe woman's new lawyer, Robbie Davidson, said he couldn't go ahead without receiving more information from the Crown.

Davidson said outside court it is not unusual for information such as autopsy results to be delayed, especially in what he called "a complex case."

Davidson also told court he'll be seeking bail for his client.

& C- Z8 q* x' ~+ n8 [The foster mother was charged with second-degree murder last week after a three-year-old boy she was caring for died of brain trauma.

The woman was also looking after a second foster child, as well as two of her own children.

罪名一当成立，估计连两个亲生的都领不回去了吧？

( ~2 \% s6 B8 O) H狠心的女人，至少有照顾不周罪。小男孩刚被领养时，胖乎乎的，死时却骨瘦如柴。

是呀, 我那天一听这个事, 眼泪都快下来了. 那孩子太可怜了. 这女的还是McEwan教护士课程的老师呢. 好在学校现在立刻把她解雇了. 希望法庭还孩子一个公道.
