$ Z" J1 J0 `% D+ W( g7 y6 m% aSALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
. x, {: l* v. ?, P+ Z   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
6 m- j3 I% e( U$ U; N( j   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
; U, e- H. |9 J  ^: [8 f   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
' O+ Q/ X% o* O! B, W. }2 G# w$ x& g• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

# u: I. \" j/ i   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
" u, P) u, A- A   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
) D$ d% O1 e9 d8 B% g   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
$ I% e: x6 ?8 j2 ]# ]4 B   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service

: g. N1 ~5 s3 \/ ]5 k0 C* R• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
