SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

: j2 j# |. Y& q• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
2 X* v6 [" \6 R/ H- W   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
, j: \5 \; c" M& x7 F# }   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
5 f5 j& S1 r0 K4 k) x- S( x- E   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
% B+ y. \. h( K2 o8 d) c; M   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
+ D5 p9 L) Y, |2 B* t   o Linux based operating systems
' D. Q2 u* N$ L5 [/ D3 K   o Sun Solaris operating systems
2 F1 D( x3 d0 i3 g+ U/ e  d   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
' |% ~0 ~  S5 {# c3 G• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
. e+ I3 X" X; O! c; ]- W  O• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
/ ^. K" Z. g8 Gplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
( Z6 A1 N* {& Q" A• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
* M5 I4 a" [6 w2 A$ J( w# k• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
4 G6 R, _, N8 a) @7 Z   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
. G7 `" O" i- p* j; c   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
$ a" q& f1 h/ G- A+ c   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
4 h: W( d0 |$ `% T* C( y( X0 Y• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
