DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

# O+ S8 x0 L; x• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
: ]1 m5 K( r' ]9 C( q7 x2 X   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
, c" D) f& d, F6 D/ @' N3 _   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
7 r& L( n% H: }; {+ i   o Microsoft Operations Manager
, j# z: d( p5 _. ?4 M8 D   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
+ k. h& v3 f  ?   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
0 L- q& s7 P/ j7 ^- o( G: b• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
5 z9 o$ @' X  @/ Z# ~platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
  M/ K3 D: X' z2 ^' K/ T• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

: E6 b1 q8 e1 O+ }8 a2 |2 mSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
  \) c4 g; `5 u5 t  k# o1 v• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
( `# s- p  B5 i+ r3 z' h• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
# \; O; j# {' I: O3 n4 A5 W• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)

. v; {3 N  ~/ R3 P& _   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service

0 J  `8 m4 H* `9 k* y) [• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
