# `/ d' F  Q4 ^7 s6 ]SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
1 |# f  b; m+ ?% J. E) s  f   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
; N4 X& v5 J* O   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
5 W1 a4 |  K* R& Y' J0 r$ Z   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
4 a8 N4 E: O3 A2 |   o Linux based operating systems
* u8 q0 k/ K; z   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
- }  l  V8 @! R2 c& N% ~• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
" O3 b, `& O. B/ i) j• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
+ I. W4 H  N" {" t+ }platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
( @8 P5 ]0 Q6 _* M• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
2 @+ ?# L/ e8 p3 k, k/ `   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
( s/ P# Z7 s* r% a9 [   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge

1 M$ m- @7 @! h' d) F# w- P# D' Y• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
