DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
5 p8 K' Y; e% e+ TSALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

  X. \) N. l: ^; N/ fRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
: {; X' ]) J) \4 T% p% U$ E   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
/ [% V$ P" B# G# [- s0 F   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
. C) d% M" g8 {2 a+ \9 d& ^' v+ k   o Linux based operating systems
" w+ W! f1 P. ^   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
- n7 b( O, o$ O• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
7 I* K0 O/ \* v8 _2 p• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
, Z5 y/ [% [6 L: E0 I• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
* M4 U0 h2 E- O; u) e3 J• Excellent written and verbal skills
8 N0 a& Q8 x" y4 N7 Z& u• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
9 n5 s$ Q, y: e& W• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

7 d& n8 X! [. j3 L( B/ w) r2 V   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
6 V/ P* b) Z( U  _   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
! f& \- b; T* ]4 ]: U' |   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
; D  F0 z% [6 p: X- o* a% z- F• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
  K4 F  C2 ]% w2 m' }  ~8 K• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
" j; M5 Q# U; v/ b, l6 t/ @) t6 m' d9 U• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
$ ]% o* v  n4 [0 |6 D• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
5 s' X9 _6 b2 h4 T& i• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
