The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience developing Windows-based business applications
• One or more years’ experience working with .NET framework
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and oral
" }/ V' ]9 H( V6 @7 |9 @• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle
' `6 k5 u' C! Y; V• Knowledge of software design and testing methodologies
* I9 |' ]7 S/ f* D• Experience with translating and documenting user requirements
4 S+ F: B! g6 e' ~# P: P' ]  r. q• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

These additional qualifications would be an asset:
# e  K" l" J: D- M8 \• University degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or a Computer Diploma from a registered technical school
• Experience designing effective graphical user interfaces
• Experience with code-reuse strategies with multiple developers
• Experience with interfacing with hardware
• Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services

• Experience developing rich web applications
