Job descriptions

1. Manage all invoicing 

9 G+ s* B- g9 S, m# _2. Receive and respond courteously to customer inquiries by emails and calls

4 N$ w5 c' y$ [/ I$ I6 P3. Perform sales invoice data entry into  SPS  Commerce, MS  Excel and MS Access
8 {( |2 _9 K8 J( H& a) y6 p  I
8 L: p. v7 S+ D$ r0 P8 |4. Generate reports to production team and sale manager

5. Order office suppliers

6. Other duties will be assigned

Requirements
' w$ o8 v& X, T
, b& L$ v3 R% [- O1. Willing to learn and highly attention to details
2. Proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin
1 s" P) ^" l" l* R3 c4 _8 u0 x9 H3. Good organizational skills
