2。No more passengers than seat belts. 5 P9 Y$ T& L2 w# K& }" j6 Y3。Fewer demerit points (8) are allowed than for fully licensed drivers (15). % @% y+ c q. G& b- W0 D# U( ^
4。Have a zero alcohol level. 4 p) [* A' a# h$ _
5。No upgrading to a commercial licence (Classes 1, 2, 3, or 4). 9 D' K1 H6 u% `% @9 T) t- B6。Cannot serve as an accompanying driver to a learner.
