请教renew pr 卡邮寄问题

最近需要renew pr 卡，咨询几个问题

9 I6 z9 k! t8 H+ d1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
% R+ N/ t- S2 O3 @5 Q/ i2 y2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
4 N6 {( z' @# r2 M" H; \% [& hYou require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
2 s! R" @$ Q5 \+ i) vproof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
2 \* A- H+ s2 n# A  e( \1 eproof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
& E, V9 V4 a  {a letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
5 \+ f4 n1 \: B* e$ t. wproof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

, }7 S4 D: J  {: U$ P$ W2. 我平常周末在邮局帮忙，对此比较了解。如果你用 express post 大信封，可以把材料分装到小信封里面，上面写上各个申请人的名字，然后把这些信封塞进这个大信封里面。
