9 K% @/ |0 F7 l- l1. 是不是只能邮寄啊，不能网上提交吧？
- f# J2 d/ [* Z( }+ d0 r' J2. 如果一家三个人 是不是可以都放一个大信封里面一起寄啊。 还是要分开寄去啊。

如果是加急申请更换pr 卡，可以网上递交
9 I3 {' o4 G. \1 i3 n4 ZYou require urgent processing of your renewal/replacement Permanent Resident card. To be eligible for urgent processing, you must provide:
( S+ B. I0 J, o& @proof of travel (itinerary or ticket) that shows your full name, destination and travel dates;
( s* [  V( `" c& h9 ^proof of payment for the travel that shows the date you paid, the full amount you paid, and how you paid;
" ~) |8 c% A# o; B8 l6 Sa letter explaining the reason for the urgency; and
) }. J5 V: j3 {4 i: bproof of the urgency (e.g. a doctor’s note, death certificate, or letter from your employer).

. r5 s8 c0 s) V: v& O; |* }2. 我平常周末在邮局帮忙，对此比较了解。如果你用 express post 大信封，可以把材料分装到小信封里面，上面写上各个申请人的名字，然后把这些信封塞进这个大信封里面。
