Students at the University of Alberta have voted in favour of mandatory bus passes, a move that will cost students an extra $75 every term.( ` t9 C2 j& g/ P2 L8 D

A vote held earlier in the week saw 84 per cent of students in favour of the passes, which will be mandatory regardless of whether or not they ride on transit.
