•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
; f- S: V9 C0 h$ l, u% b$ u•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
8 N$ t% S/ ?# ?2 J! G•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
3 o% x9 O& ?3 n( ?! F. j. N•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
5 |4 w% [* v1 i4 {+ R4 t2 D% X•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
9 J3 h  J: p) r+ m' f$ H•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
- [; H& Y/ r/ w) k5 F* T•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience
2 @, s) d; F( H: WPost-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.

2+ years network related experience.

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
