•Support, configure, maintain and upgrade network devices, including but are not limited to firewalls, load-balancers, switches.
9 W1 S( |. M2 |; j, u•Monitor network availability and performance. Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues. Perform analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting and escalate problems as necessary.
8 |4 n# u+ B& w3 P+ S. {•Perform timely response and technical support to all incidents, requests, outages, and alerts.
•Develop and maintain the documentation of operations support procedures and incidents.
, \, ?! w& E! s' a+ ?•Follow the change management processes for all the production change.
) J9 X& j& O( d% h•Respond to after-hours phone calls, resolve problems and/or escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
/ b9 X# Y3 v1 H3 U•Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support for network related issues.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials
! F4 `! @, x9 o; ]•Strong foundation of networking concepts including routing, switching, firewall, and VPN.
: t! P) ^3 ^) }' C  K; N% O3 H•Understand the overall design concept of IT system and cloud computing.
8 U/ ~' e4 j6 Q  t•Experience with routing and switching of multiple VLANs (Juniper is preferred).
•Experience in network security (i.e., firewalls and intrusion prevention systems).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple escalated support incidents under tight time lines.
# f; E' B' k% T4 |•Good organizational and logical thinking skills.
•Excellent documentation skills with detail and accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5 _9 m' C4 N/ W* W! t; K+ {Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Network Administration or related field.
/ q- J+ p* w/ o  J/ {8 e; S- M

Position will primarily work in an office setting. May require some field work.
