- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters : H6 S, Q: _4 Z& J2 T. n3 m# v
- Point of contact with Factory in China
( f$ S# B9 Z6 k( C, w0 Y- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly : _) O) {: U) d( r1 e' i: K
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage
' s4 ?+ l- @2 V# g' o2 C- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative
$ x# L m" L8 K. o- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. ' w( q S7 u% a9 q9 E
- EDI accounts related work and others as required

3 E' v( H5 m' R( Z1 P% \, t; Z- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.5 u% E$ @* J) R- O( A
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures* L/ _* a/ i, {6 t' f5 L
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
; F$ l8 a* N5 g2 u" ]% B- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
* l; I* ^- G! [) Q0 [" q+ A- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
/ T8 K; e* D( V& O- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.- j4 ]) y7 @* y) \+ E, [& ?7 s6 V- l
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
4 r8 n' W, }6 [$ Y( p- S& r* d- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.) j* U" h; l% {& w
- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
& j8 V7 I& g: p6 v5 A- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.! x7 [; U+ @& |5 R m
- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation.8 U( [' l n( m6 h' z

- Respond to customer & Internal team’s inquiries and ability to solve problems
