- Send orders to warehouse to process

- Follow up and report about order status

- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner.2 P* L K+ T; p+ O K* c
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal

) X4 F/ Z" j' H+ s M: k; E- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with account representative" z/ L, ~! u9 [8 m i
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. 2 l; h6 o% g1 f. o; z
- EDI accounts related work and others as required 7 @ s5 Q. P7 v/ Z

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.' x. B% ^% J: D0 M" Z1 p8 M
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures% z6 P3 ^9 z* D( x( l
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.
( U; ^. y* j# Q$ K3 f- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.6 \6 u- k8 Y3 g/ \/ ^ `, b
- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.# U8 i7 H2 _2 K7 T
- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.9 c$ r9 |/ \3 C+ R/ z3 L% S* E$ g
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.
