Job Description

- Carefulness and Accuracy about data checking and data entry.

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong Excel skills is required.

Job Duties:

I.        Order Related

- Check order Accuracy in time manner
+ v( G9 l& Z7 D% k; W  c! F/ s$ k0 B- Order Acknowledge by email$ A" e( J, q: E' S- L
- Order Checking according to guideline$ U0 a, j9 u( @, c6 e# i
- Order/Data entry Accuracy in time manner
/ I* K4 L: a3 t' u8 X3 ]+ e5 _! H- Charge Credit Card to approve payment
. v" {( j8 f; k- Send orders to warehouse to process; Y/ N& q* S! C- O' v! m
- Communicate with warehouse if there is any special request or Inventory Shortage4 ]6 y0 p6 s! ]/ ?
- Follow up and report about order status
& K1 {( f. ]0 X; n* [/ i* T& J4 ~- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
# {! j) I& P# l' N3 _- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity." b& E7 g" z1 G  b: m
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues independently
, Q0 ?1 {: b, r% X( {- Submit ASN and invoice on Customer Portal in Time Manner./ i" B$ F5 @( L2 `0 ]
- Submit weekly inventory update on assigned Portal8 u8 R2 ~6 |4 P
- Point of contact with warehouse for all related matters
1 g' U3 r" P. C) V- Point of contact with Factory in China 9 k7 D* K3 r" H  n
- Check Customer credit and fill backorders accordingly 6 r( p# Y) R& i$ \& G- L, _  l
- Communicate with warehouse for shipment shortage, A( r+ H% n! @
- Coordinate and investigate client logistic associated charge backs like shortages, lost/ damage product in transit and missed deliveries with     account representative3 Z/ z  ^& y3 T( O4 {9 I
- Submit claim with Fedex or LTL carriers. Follow up from A to Z. 9 [+ L# c. l; A2 C5 g$ ]$ D- Q
- EDI accounts related work and others as required 0 X0 R  W8 O& n- B9 |8 \

II.        Logistic: % j- j( b2 e: j) ]

- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
; w2 f2 T( b% ]( h4 {. u3 n) |  N- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures; R2 Z5 j* I, [( \7 K& o9 L
- Recommend most efficient means of transportation needs and procedures.6 c) a5 r0 W5 B% ]
- Support monthly summary of transporter scorecard reports along with tracking metrics.
& [! l, T; N' m% D, i! s8 \0 S- Perform on going evaluation and review of transportation arrangement for constant improvement opportunities.
+ U% [: D6 C  N; y+ p- Collect scorecard metrics and ensure to persuade changes with suppliers.+ I7 z% S3 O* |$ O+ d8 i
- Investigate alternative distribution processes effectiveness for definite customers as required.3 k, ?; Q) i' N! S  [: u5 ?
- Identify sensitive clients and interact special customer requirements with carriers.
1 [% w/ W) V# e0 j- Develop and present status reports to improve and supervise logistics order performance.
& z* d5 \; p8 `0 R! @+ s- Instruct carrier agents and supervise for ample action and results concerning transportation.
& I: Z) {2 [5 t* p$ t# x- Identify best cost effective procedure of transportation./ j0 m8 {+ t; z8 y7 e' x

- Be fully responsible. Inquiries need to be followed from A to Z on your own and in time manner * Q1 \5 v, q8 A* t
- Work out Sales or Inventory related Reports on Monthly Basis or others as required, g) D( b% K  @! H4 y! m) @
- Work out Weekly Sales Report
9 B3 @; J) R5 n1 c; k, K- Data Analysis on Weekly Sales Through Report for 2-5 key accounts

- Assist Auditing’s request for Order Processing related procedures9 c* I+ {+ ~6 e+ V! y9 H, e( q
- Customer Service and other duties as required.
