Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:
3 M# u! L1 P d0 u) q/ S-Completion of a post-secondary education
* C# _8 K* E* d-Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Examination (CPH) or registered with the IIROC$ ~7 Y/ j; ]& I) K& ?0 G' A
-Completion of/in the process of completing the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL)4 V M' P9 I _( B7 u* J# I
-Working knowledge of the fundamentals/techniques of equity, fixed income, option, and mutual fund trading, and the applicable rules & regulations sufficient to trade securities for the public
7 \3 r. W3 R6 S# c1 @6 b; F-Working knowledge of the marketplace, including current conditions & trends in the Canadian & US stock and bond markets
; R# y j1 E# \-Well-developed organization and prioritization skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple tasks within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
( Q! x7 \" [2 I5 d( \! f) Z-Demonstrated tact and diplomacy
0 I& F4 o* q- x! ?-Demonstrated high-level customer service-oriented approach.+ i6 r/ m$ G1 V- M
-Willingness to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as required
. W" U; o& O, D- }: R* c: I-Previous experience working directly in a highly client-driven environment, typically acquired with at least 6-12 months experience in a call center environment
