- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.

- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
) j: @& t- O6 A4 i* i+ o- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

- Professional appearance and attitude.

- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
