- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum 6 months experience in a related role.
& ^# ^$ @3 q, U. J- Team player and development minded.
- Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and operate new software and technology.
- Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, and work independently.

9 `) X$ i. |. H  ^2 B, [0 V4 C# H- Previous customer service/banking industry experience an asset.
- Ability to handle large volumes, tight turnarounds, and multiple deadlines.
- Some experience with conflict resolution required.
7 O& F! e, U7 Z* ~* J2 T* y- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills an asset.
