CAC is seeking for a full-time procurement officer to join our team.

9 m3 Y  H( H1 p! TThis position is an important role in the company where the successful candidate will lead the strategic sourcing of all required products and services.

The procurement officer is responsible for:
$ r4 j+ c) }. X% x7 n7 u, L9 W-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
" Q% e9 ?5 z$ p! J# i) m- Q) M-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
3 n! p3 D7 E9 b& R-        Building and managing supplier relationships
-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses

! w% y2 _) P7 rRequirements:
0 |. y! F+ Y; f/ h! e- Sound research skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
7 G( u4 N+ E* O1 K, Q7 K  j4 k$ h- Strong organization and time management skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
, j! a, I, G! f& R# A- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
- F4 D. X4 Z. m- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
