$ y* C- c& K+ v4 }% oThe procurement officer is responsible for:
-        Identifying and serving the needs of each business department
! \( s1 L4 p! d  B% H-        Sourcing and evaluating local, national or international suppliers
-        Negotiating terms, conditions and contracts
0 `4 y8 X0 D2 A( H" D* N-        Building and managing supplier relationships
-        Performing cost savings and profit margin analyses

; H. e" U9 Q& v' h# D* h' u# s0 `3 V4 H" ~Requirements:
- Sound research skills
% n% t# H7 W7 |1 Q/ s- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
+ {$ E$ Z, Z% \" t9 ]( g1 W$ H- Friendly and outgoing personality
% l+ d1 F3 S4 j' ~" R3 ?5 R- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
5 d0 W. w: P7 f0 Z" I- Cycle counting and adjusting experience preferred  
! n: i- x' R1 _) A; f" g# x- Experience with mechanical parts, welding materials, PPE and consumables for the construction industry is an asset
- Experience with Inventory control is an asset
