CAC recycling is a metal recycling facility that provides on and off site processing to oil field and local businesses. We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual to fill our open  Accountant within our growing team.

Responsibilities:
4 h  B7 u# U; F; x- ~•        Manage all accounting transactions
4 ]; M: e5 E0 S: i•        Publish financial statements in time
/ Z  G4 s4 n. H- o- p•        Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
•        Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- f9 q  _2 O: |. w5 [( {3 v•        Ensure timely bank payments
•        Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
•        Maintain accounting system, documents, and records of the organization.
5 _& O1 H& t: _. _, K; J0 s•        Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

/ U7 M9 g# u4 E3 ~( E2 bAccountant Requirements:

/ C2 U/ S) X* {+ N1 A( V5 n& ]4 d0 P•        bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Essential).
•        Minimum 5 years of Accounting work experience (Essential)
•        2 years of Cost Accounting work experience. (Asset)
5 x2 W( C# ]: g2 O$ R8 M! g•        Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
•        Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
$ {  s/ U& k( l/ W# l•        Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
4 |9 t9 X$ d) Z•        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6 H5 A9 {3 `. M& H/ D•        Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills as an Asset.

Salary: 50K--60k dependent on experience.
