Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
: Y8 ]" l4 p, w- [5 nŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

! t/ i4 d2 s3 h5 s8 [( KŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
2 q, X9 V7 O# M+ F, ]* E# f" {2 r* @Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
7 l5 S! Y) D/ J! V, e: {7 J6 EŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
) N; p* M# h9 s( u: W* n1 I6 FŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
! e* @1 B4 m$ F0 W1 E3 |# jŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
7 d1 }# L- D' x4 H/ v4 t- x, v8 ]. yŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
1 {4 O3 ?( s" w/ M2 SŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

# a% W* X6 B& W# S4 ]% a- a+ EŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
# ^7 J0 ~& D: W( P+ [/ X. o% |Ÿ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
1 T# k' k) Q. B* r+ FŸ   Valid driver’s license
% Z' B9 [% _) U9 W( @/ q3 f& gŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
3 r) Y. h' w2 y3 a3 M* ^( y9 NŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
