工作职责
Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
# B8 T6 U4 K! g2 o$ T# OŸ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
0 L2 N5 j( M  d. F4 ?( E% CŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

" `" a& K9 d4 ZŸ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
! q3 L2 `! l) {$ c) mŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
! Z- h. q( r; a# a0 `- \2 d: vŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
0 @& y- |- I  Q, ~: F) MŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
6 m0 ~$ Y" o2 D' O1 s) I( ^Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
3 _( g( w! I$ J4 q3 pŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
( {$ f( W/ w( BŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.

Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
( C& R0 U) r$ u4 B4 w5 C  wŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
