8 U4 r8 m7 \% A, bŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
& q; l) @; ~7 r* h; R# YŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
& X% r: N- Q" n/ t+ a% `Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
$ W2 v! o9 _! T6 VŸ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
% r* n) x2 _( x2 k9 o, N* X; y$ D  yŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
* g; P% z2 ?  p& W& _& {) O8 ~Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
# s7 b! |$ Y, G, @% x( v( K6 r2 JŸ   Excellent communication skills
+ \. ]9 u- K/ D0 IŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
% k! A2 I  o3 GŸ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
8 S5 y1 _1 t  i/ @" V" f& LŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
( O2 Y7 s" _4 }! x6 SŸ   Computer experience required.
Experience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
