Ÿ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
% j+ i4 k# A0 Q4 d. L+ ?Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
Ÿ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
; C# j7 [7 x$ \Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
$ n$ q0 H/ u$ _+ d9 h( c& l9 S5 RŸ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
Ÿ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
0 \1 Z2 A5 l1 |7 f2 tŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
# \: [5 T' I: |/ LŸ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
. F: B* J/ G, T& {, {8 PŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
  \; e! ^7 c1 N9 Z: ]Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ÿ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
% r; K0 `% s$ x8 BŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
! m4 W, K3 x2 M% c6 mŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
7 n0 w8 E9 b- N" F" V9 YŸ   Computer experience required.
% ]* y  c+ x5 t# H9 xExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
