工作职责
: u3 D1 P  A* Y/ l1 ^8 UŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
# t$ V: s& n/ e" N; ^Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
" d4 E: B. U& BŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.
任职要求
Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
Ÿ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
- |. A1 S% `' C6 B! B4 D  [+ MŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
9 Z5 f, R9 z0 t  X7 zŸ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
Ÿ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
Ÿ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
# k9 c) ~9 v3 v' U" ^: mŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
5 C. f  O) r, C5 ~8 [% PŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
Ÿ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
+ A8 M" u) m8 S1 z4 bExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
