工作职责
+ g5 `2 o- e, j: NŸ   Responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations of projects ensuring they are built to company’s standard of quality and are completed on time and on budget.
/ w/ V0 a% F0 Y9 a, ]! ~Ÿ   Conduct daily reporting on the status of projects and site conditions and attend weekly trade and management meetings to maintain continual communication and expectations with all involved in the project.
  ]9 N4 [+ `+ d- D" JŸ   Responsible for managing company’s safety program to ensure the highest of safety standards are maintained at all times.

Ÿ   Journeyperson designation in a construction trade.
Ÿ   Bachelor of Commerce degree or a combination of related experience.
) S2 q( q. d7 s$ i7 K0 |% X5 RŸ   Minimum of 15 years of experience on multi0family or large commercial projects.
Ÿ   Proven experience leading safe and productive construction sites of up to 100 trade workers.
+ G' p8 g, y( C, |& ~7 AŸ   Strong understanding of the construction trades and the sequencing of construction projects.
Ÿ   Ability to interpret construction drawings.
Ÿ   Structural wood framing experience is an asset.
& O! g1 U4 N* E+ J3 s& L4 jŸ   Willing to work weekends to maintain construction schedule.
Ÿ   Excellent communication skills
5 }6 I- m1 e8 W5 ?8 sŸ   Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
& ~. i, ^" e6 g( p3 AŸ   WHMIS
Ÿ   Additional safety certifications are an asset but not required.
/ e7 D( f8 ]/ y1 Y8 yŸ   Experience in working on sites with power mobile equipment and tower crane.
Ÿ   Valid driver’s license
( P* \% p4 g( e& EŸ   Steel toed boots and own hand tools.
Ÿ   Computer experience required.
+ P5 J- ~% |1 f7 c+ gExperience with Bluebeam and Procore is a definite asset.
