Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports% R- h1 M; I( F) C) V
Develop and maintain a filing system

Submit and reconcile expense reports
4 d: b8 K3 d7 e# uAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
* n: P" T+ C" ]* o. c- w! ]Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
