Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Develop and maintain a filing system" d/ j( u4 m3 f4 ~
Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
0 w' V& ^! ]* {5 ~' v7 h. xLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs
