Create email templates for operations department

Develop and maintain a filing system

Submit and reconcile expense reports3 B) L8 h i% D; ?: E0 `3 d
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients3 V- Q8 i$ |/ i+ ?9 O% q
Liaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in Google Sheets & Docs w: g. v& J! c' }" c; f: @* r) H% b/ o
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail/ _! w% r( X( f- n/ d6 G% Z
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus& s. ^" Y. E4 t7 W' S
