Answer and direct phone calls

Create email templates for operations department+ y @- `9 A" c& n( I0 B
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports9 X3 d" ` q! a& U1 z/ v% `$ \
Develop and maintain a filing system
" d3 w; K, Z1 C0 e* [: _Update and maintain office policies and procedures
( T7 @: ?9 E: Z U! P% iSubmit and reconcile expense reports
' ]! v7 P, I% rAct as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- @! @6 i% P" N$ ~) H" gLiaise with executives and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers; u+ Y1 F; [' H* }2 c

; a$ x, N$ h e8 ^5 A( ~Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
a8 Q; e2 X; i$ EAbility to research and find a solution to a challenge fast and efficient4 J8 F2 [0 w+ U7 t7 u
Excellent with programs and very computer/tech savvy
% }: K& H) R: d4 n. P/ Y! tProficiency in Google Sheets & Docs$ X @7 k- J; L. l, g+ j$ C
Strong time management, organizational skills, communication skills, and attention to detail/ j/ Q: W+ a+ S3 _
High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus* U# g$ r E" A2 O, q- l
