Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
5 I2 S% S# j" y8 |: A1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
1 e8 F5 {7 t% s7 U4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
3 i7 |' Z/ n6 z. F, r3 p1 X  z2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
0 o4 n. V5 K2 s$ O9 ^: U3 p3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
6 B2 l9 x: A+ {/ a" r5. May need to work different hours
