Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
$ f0 I2 d) ^% g! b: |& E2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
/ w# u/ d/ Q4 b3 G7 T- \3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
8 d) }% \7 }$ A9 Y/ ~; W6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
1 Y6 u. `# ^1 ]1 I9 R. B1 p2 Z" bSkills and specifications:
+ G4 M" C% V9 o; W& R- M1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
# e8 G+ w- P4 u, |9 K2 i4 ]2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
