: R. ^( J% ]& a6 y4 LBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

, B8 K, q: x* \; A/ f4 G1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
3 M# g3 N9 O( O" U1 W2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
. A+ D. ^1 d9 Y+ n! n: X' q4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
: D& K7 k+ T2 S! `+ @$ A1 M. Z6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
, x7 f( t8 b$ c1 N& R+ d7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
