Brief Job Description: Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.

+ q3 X9 Z+ t0 _/ k: g Y5 |; j; u5 Y1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing# p4 d# g0 Y$ G9 O5 k$ b1 Q
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records1 p4 u4 b: r! H9 A& y% |1 v
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
& d8 L! u4 ~! x9 i1 Q v4. Calibration of Equipment
p, N$ J' L; v9 ~% E5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings( `2 y( m9 P" t. [: O3 H
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices7 E# m- `! P1 }: n9 j! l
7. Other duties as assigned0 T6 v c6 w5 q @' h$ I
Skills and specifications:0 h8 t9 Q) R; V
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
5 p7 b& ~3 P4 J4 B( d4 X6 Z2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)& e, A2 Q. o, V+ x$ `
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset/ T) C T4 B$ P# ]% Q* ^
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment0 y' r, G6 Z' J: ?, t
