0 E+ U  l+ h3 g5 E, eBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
! \) J, Q$ M5 \5 Q0 T+ ~8 R- T( }Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
- t4 [# c, }: j4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
' F6 n4 Q: L( P  }% ?7 ^: E6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
  I( V" `7 V) S( l% i7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
3 |4 a- L& K8 b" }3 x; E( [1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
' }2 v( Z; o0 Q, t3 k7 L% i" e3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
