Tasks
        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and managers.
        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
' m$ ?) u3 t7 k7 K& u4 L         Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
7 k; b3 K  w' x* l. G7 C         Generate reports.
        Provide friendly and professional services.
6 Z! |; k" h3 K: A         Update customer information.
        Filling paperwork and document.
        Monitor and order office supplies.

8 q% d  [/ J5 F+ F( L         Keep the office clean and organized.

5 N+ [0 }' i8 mQualifications
        Strong verbal and written English.
        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
$ r- m# P# ~5 l1 ?        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
        Strong & out-going personality.
