Job duties:
! w7 f; y7 m6 Z' b1. Complete daily lead follow-up for rentals
2. Arrange the viewing appointments
9 ^* D/ B( y- j1 C+ Q  N* \3. Maintenance requests follow up
4. Handling phone calls and emails
9 K4 j+ x  x) e' g5. Bookkeeping
- C6 u' N) I1 u' U! t1 W7 E' ^  C, p6. Visit the building and enter the units
2 C+ o; K; Y1 `! W- M( a! k7. Live on-site is preferred
( {6 ?# y  D2 `: E0 W8 G/ x/ H8. Maintenance and cleaning may be needed
9. More duties to be assigned by Chenjie

Live on-site:
# c4 Z# j/ q1 U& i+ m1 u  Z6 n+ R/ x0 d1. The employee is preferred to live on-site for at least 2 nights per week.

Requirements:

2. 1-year working experience in Canada is preferred
