" ~& `% A1 i  R! gidentified as a student originally from South Korea ,
it is recommended that Chinese students at UPenn and
( d9 \) r" \: D  P& @, _4 Q4 Q/ @in Philadelphia can also pay some more attention to

the shooter is Chinese should be stopped。
