CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

+ ]. x* R9 I; p
-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
4 j! x  K' O- H-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
4 O9 t( U1 s# a! j) V- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
% f4 M" @: \2 ]9 y' ]3 G-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

Education and Qualifications:

' Y- R1 ]; [% t- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
" J' k: {0 f$ G- {  A- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
