5 A. f; C; t! D3 F. cCIBS to secure and schedule various program requirements (off-campus( p2 Q D' y1 |4 r% p% D1 p
venues, tour agents, goods and services, program materials and supplies,
" [2 [! F6 Z4 z6 |5 ^; ~5 \1 Jetc.); reproducing and distributing documents and correspondence for7 @8 t3 \1 Q# q) o
participants, assisting to orient participants to the University and
E! i5 P. A& X( v9 Ytheir program on their arrival, and trouble-shooting for them during, ~5 \# F2 Y, k! c6 `
their program; booking program venues, setting up for sessions,( U {, i2 L- p B$ E( R8 V
assisting visiting speakers or invited session presenters, striking
. w H6 h Z& C' Pvenue at end of session; traveling as guide with groups on in-city
+ X; H8 c! h: d; y" Doutings or site visits, or, occasionally, on overnight out-of-city
) z& E5 w5 z+ o; q9 mexcursions (does not involve driving or overnight week night" U) m; e8 D$ P7 h
excursions); interpreting (non-technical exchanges) at meetings or) e3 `! o, f! b7 E/ o0 ^
functions; translating, revising or drafting program-related documents$ e7 d- v. T* m/ ^/ n; x
such as schedules, itineraries, notices, correspondence, PowerPoint" W: G/ c3 r: m6 L) {: W' H4 {

( c% V" R/ n. v+ ?Qualifications include: senior undergrad student; coursework in
% |% ^% t7 Y' l; KCommerce, Education or Economics preferred, ability to communicate
! Q" p& C, _; O' ^$ T9 tfluently (oral and written) in English and Mandarin Chinese,: \/ D6 U! b* |/ c6 [7 ~: i- A
demonstrates a high-level of self organization, initiative to undertake
o* q; ^* f7 I" ]2 b, Ra variety of tasks; ability to coordinate individual efforts with those& s V% e1 N8 L, @( \
of co-workers, excellent interpersonal organization and time-management
