answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
4 K+ w6 ]7 ^- l+ xmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
' C. A) W% G3 @; Cadmission letters to be emailed to students living at international2 W" W4 u) \+ k
addresses and general office duties.4 h- z8 B* e3 r! h; B7 O" z

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
: @: v/ K6 P% C8 }peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
& m0 I: w& Q. c8 H/ s6 a1 I" s# B7 qskills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably+ x! l+ f# O$ o: [2 k P$ ]
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience$ i! r7 X- J; X- ~9 U8 X" s& [
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
