International Admissions Student Intern

The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

# h4 [& B# |; f% y) l& B6 DSalary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.

Duties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
answering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
4 Q$ Z6 t; z' E$ M- F4 I( lmaintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

5 P- B5 R# U( `; J% xQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
2 b* E) A6 j7 _8 M( rpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
directions.
