Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
0 V' {2 M6 V* t0 d3 \
4 x: P/ J4 K. k$ A! y5 g. L9 oDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
6 X, D' I4 }. k% s& C; janswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
( k, _4 T; N3 F& `admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
addresses and general office duties.

Qualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
peak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
0 W: q7 e# T! W) l% X. k0 A5 ^skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
9 z) _, D/ D& Z4 {an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
; C; c9 u, V2 g! d8 O4 Jdirections.
