The University of Alberta - Office of the Registrar is currently
recruiting for the full time summer position of International Admissions
Student Intern.

Salary to be paid will be $15.95 per hour for 35 hours per week.
1 s% |0 U9 K3 }" b/ \# R' y
# k5 z6 a$ \! n" M4 {' j: PDuties include: file matching, controlling unmatched documents,
9 V; N1 w* G7 U5 u3 uanswering student inquiries over email, phone and walk in visits,
maintaining paper flow procedures for Faculties, creating pdf files of
" Q- o! P. Z( M- L* Z/ _admission letters to be emailed to students living at international
( m7 y- P+ a" u* c) v9 `$ Zaddresses and general office duties.

5 H0 n( R0 U; }$ a) \- dQualifications include ability to work in a fast paced busy unit during
% L+ ?# H: c+ x3 f- vpeak admissions cycle, strong spoken and written English language
skills. Other languages other than English will be an asset. Suitably
proficient with computer use (MS Office); Peoplesoft (OASIS) experience
an asset, excellent organization skills, motivated and able to follow
/ ^1 E! w; ^: J$ c7 Zdirections.
