The third reason is that Edmonton is a nice place to study though it is not a quite suitable place to live in.

您好, 我申请的是研究生, 申请博士生有所不同. 你首先要自己联系与你研究方向相同的导师, 把你的申请条件跟他/她说一下, 一般情况下他们都会给你个答复, 表示被录取的把握性.
