As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.+ w5 h$ j$ n+ X3 P4 x

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.: f1 C. N6 S0 Q8 E! n: ^! A
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy./ ]7 _# n3 n1 R1 t* x2 Q* H# ?

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.+ X: }( p1 K$ k! U! |, h
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.' @8 v' u* n: d Q7 h
