Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.- @% S7 l7 k( n0 q5 e' o

Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required./ c. V6 e3 Q: N7 s$ ]0 E2 O
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.5 c) ~6 x" D7 G& d
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.& F# l# b* k) X; ^6 I5 \& a
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
