As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting.

Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.

Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.
" ~- g( I2 n1 w& I; q. cMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.* s+ i& X" C1 a. ]$ e! n
Maintenance

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.
" j& C9 F9 Q* uMonitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
9 i* u4 B( t, ]! o7 \3 E% i! X' ?Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.& l" |- V, [; F6 p; l4 H
Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
9 y+ P% W; z) i% t& l4 F. y7 XConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.& Z. |( `# P# K( G5 E
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.% d! }9 F, j) E2 q; z% y* y- n
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.$ S1 [% d5 H! h( _0 S, g
