As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Supervision of contract service providers.

Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.( v9 x7 i. b# _9 K

Z8 f9 g: C) z1 LPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
$ E: w0 K) }% r; P" g8 WSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.

Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
