As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, project supervision, and financial & operations reporting. `+ V8 L& x2 l. Review and approval of monthly financial statements, rent rolls, and revenue reports.

! y3 S) f4 L, _Collection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.; t) V( v$ p: a5 C! f
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy." o3 r' D1 D W ? W& x; c: k% d

' }( A: h- S2 ?3 ~% R+ FPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

7 E. U, F- I2 p3 f: T/ \Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.

- t. w% }+ `, [8 CEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
