A comprehensive working knowledge of the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act.

% T _+ h: r' h4 O/ w0 `3 OMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.+ E% k+ G- q' D+ j

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.# d m) `) u' B9 G2 P& q$ I$ ?2 h
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities. q m+ T6 V `) ^
Ensuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
( f9 t | P/ ^' CSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.3 X: h5 T2 X. T0 i( b
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
4 b; P3 t$ O' ]% j; sPlan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
8 g" a$ U! g* ] y6 v4 f3 HEnsure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
