We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a portfolio of rental properties in Edmonton. As this is a key tenant-facing role in the company, the successful application will have extensive experience with residential management, communication, and task follow ups.

Maintenance

Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
& s' {. i! y$ y# ^5 N$ W5 BEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
. K4 O% Y+ y' A! p" ASourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
6 l+ g. D0 I( V& I8 b3 FConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.
