Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

" {9 l, s0 G* t# b: qMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.! `8 C9 N$ l' _

Maintenance
- z- ?- q4 m: z7 e' YPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.5 V( t4 d; `( x1 H! l# m
Monitoring and supervision of site staff for unit turnovers and routine maintenance activities.
3 S3 M! X4 b4 U1 X/ w' ^0 JEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
# c- m K# g- n/ FSourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.
/ z {" {: I- Z+ tConduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.+ L- Q$ `, | C( S
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required./ G9 x( [% e1 D1 C" r
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
