Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

General

Preparation of thorough monthly reports.

Maintaining regular, clear, and appropriate communication with tenants.

Financial

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.
4 o7 Z+ `. Z" |+ GCollection of rents and arrears, including initiating legal action when required.2 s6 u3 S" E6 z
Maintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

# r' ^! r! @$ N( r* y6 p1 _; @+ z' g$ UPreparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

: Y* C; Z( j1 w5 B6 q( q7 W/ \7 e! iEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.
& a2 A- B! M# m1 x% }/ ^Sourcing appropriate third-party vendors to provide services to the property as required.% X* ^9 w7 Q$ D
Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.9 n( k% |' a; }2 K$ x. g
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.
