% \' \: f p& ~Any experience managing a portfolio of residential properties.

Oversight of day-to-day operating expenditures for the properties.

- r5 j! F5 R( _! f# tMaintaining awareness of the local rental market and recommending appropriate rental rates, leasing strategies, and incentives to control vacancy.

Preparation of appropriate preventive maintenance plans for assigned properties.

7 U( M Y, n. L6 h( [) JEnsuring all properties are in compliance with local building and safety codes.

Conduct regular inspections of the properties to ensure first-class operations are maintained.) \. e4 z% ^8 a6 V) m' Z
Plan and recommend capital improvements that may be required.' S B0 S& S' D5 E
Ensure on-call maintenance requests and emergencies are handled promptly, including in-person attendance if major incidents occur.
