3. Have education in any of high school, college, university and other qualified institutions
. c& X' R0 m' U4. Able to use smart phone, apps, softwares, browsers and emails
* }* @+ S0 s, X; c: ~# h. T% _5. Has class 5 drivers license
+ N" p0 I. k6 _" J. l6. At least 1-year work experience in any field4 ]1 o4 Q" }! c L1 a

Job Duties:
1 R6 s9 _2 b- V; U/ p1. Complete maintenance and cleaning tasks with proper tools
9 ?# V9 q4 b7 Q1 C& W2. Ensure safety of self, other associates, tenants, owners and public during the performance of tasks8 s: Z+ r) z. e) y# i$ V. R
3. Communicate with other associates regarding tasks, budgets, costs, and other information related to the duties* p% i g2 d6 }
4. Coordinate with tenants with entry schedules and issue notices, p! n" u* d8 B: w3 a9 h
5. Explain to property owners regarding maintenance details and costs' g% }+ S, @% I9 n
